transforming a stack in xz and yz

Hello,
In the case of an epithelium not positioned parallel to the plane of focus, is there a plugin that will can allow tilting the stack in the xy and yx planes then interpolate the source stack to re-orient the epithelium in a new stack?  Volume Viewer can align the stack viewing plane in xz and yz, but cannot transform the stack.
