Hello "luckyluke",
You can clone the Trainable Weka Segmentation library and plugin from here:
https://github.com/fiji/Trainable_SegmentationThen, you can easily import the project in Eclipse (Import > Existing Maven
Projects).
You can debug the changes you make in the library or plugin using the
TestGUI class (under src/test/java/).
