convert to 12 bits ??

hello, I take imagaenes with a 12-bit camera (Hamamatsu C4742-80-12AG) with
micromanager software, micromanager save it as 16bits.

Can I convert 16 bits  to 12 bits with Imagej
(No just change the dynamic range only to display I want to save as 12 bits
(image> adjus> Brightness / Contrast. Set (0-4095)).
