close the window : Synchronize Windows

Hi,
I work with a macro with Sync Windows, and I would like to close this windows after having working with it.
A piece of the macro :

                 run("Synchronize Windows");
                 run("Close");
                 showMessage("Synchronize Windows close ? ");
