particle analysis in bubble motion experiments

Dear Friends,

I use the ImageJ Macros in my reseach work. I already prepared few Macros,
which analysed the bubble motion in various surfacxtant solution.

Till now I used the particle analysis function and analysed the moving of
center of the mass. However now in my experiments I have a strong pulsation
of the bubble shape which influenced the values of the bubble local
velocities.

Therefore I need to find the coordinates (X,Y) of the points on the bubble
TOP and BOTTOM

Can you help me? In which way could I modify the Particle analysis function
to obtain those data.
