Hi Louis,
I'm assuming you're using "File > Import > Image Sequence..." ? If so,
make sure all the options under "Edit > Options > ImageJ2" are disabled.
If they already were disabled or that doesn't change anything, you could
try the Bio-Formats importer explicitly ("File > Import > Bio-Formats").
After selecting a file to import you will be presented with a dialog of
options. Enabling "Group files with similar names" will allow you open the
image sequence.
If these options don't help, I'd recommend reading through the bug
reporting pages <
http://imagej.net/Category:Bug_Reporting> on the ImageJ
wiki and submitting an issue through the Fiji bug reporter. If we have the
technical information and sample data to reproduce this issue it will be
much easier for to figure out what's going wrong here.
