Viewing video in Image J with Quick Time plug-in

Greetings,
I have had great success viewing live video with a Triwave camera and the Quicktime plug-in.
All this with several Windows XP 32 bit OS computers....one is a laptop.

Alas, we found out that this does not work on a Windows 7 64 bit computer (we think) because the QT Capture plugin "
Does not work with 64-bit versions of Java.”

So we tried a 32 bit Windows 7 computer and still no luck.....Is this a Windows 7 issue as well?

Is there any solution for Windows 7 for viewing live video?
