Dear All
I need an urgent help
The usual question about DAB quantification using imageJ
I have renal specimens and I used Desmin and caspase-3 immunohistochemistry
markers.
I'm in-need to measure area percentage and optical density if possible
*can some one help me with clear steps*
I think about imageJ, Fuji and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Image Analysis
Toolbox
