Plugins_Manual tracking

Dear Sir,

I am using ImageJ software, version 1.49J. For my research purpose
specially cell  migration (Trajectories), I need to use Manual Tracking
option But I am not getting this option in my ImageJ software and also
tried to find on internet. Somehow I am not getting this. So could you help
me in this regard. Could you please give me the link of ImageJ software
where I will get Manual Tracking option and will be able to use.
