Hi all,

It is nice to know that I am not alone in this.
I will compile the information I have and post the bug report.

As Niko, I also consider Bio-Formats an outstanding project. It plays a big role in my current workflow, and I might dare to say that it makes certain things possible that otherwise would be impossible for me to achieve.

About the conversion from .czi to .lsm (or saving directly in .lsm): I am not sure if the metadata structure is the same. Does anyone else knows?
