window size resets when moving

1. Open any image, eg Fluorescent Cells from the Samples.2. Maximize the window
3. Move the window4. It went back to it's original size.
Is that the intended behavior? I guess one would expect in general the size of the window to remain unchanged while moving it, right?
It may become a little cumbersome when zooming in and out eg. while manually counting cells, etc.
