Problem importing DICOM CD using DICOM Import plugin

I have a problem importing a DICOM CD. The CD seems to have been created with Merge PACS. It has a folder DICOMDIR. When I choose to open it using your plugin, I get the patient info, studies, series, sequences, etc. However, when i choose a particular image, it does not show in the preview tile (show image checked) and after selecting several sequences and clicking “import” I see a progress bar but nothing shows up on the screen.

On the other hand, I have been able to import provided sample dcm image with no problems.

Can someone, please, help me to figure this out? I tried to contact the creator of the plugin Thomas Hacklaender ([hidden email]) but my email got rejected by the server.
