I'm just going to describe what I'm trying to do, to see if you know another way to do it...

I have a stack of CT images, which I'm trying to get HU values (intensity) from. I want to set a 3D ROI over the samples to get an average value from the volume, not just each slice. How can I do this?

I've really struggled with this so far...
