New ImageJ releases are manually propagated to Fiji. For reference, the
ImageJ version used by Fiji is defined in pom-imagej
<
https://github.com/imagej/pom-imagej/blob/82b3aaa1aa6c9aed7af40bba67348f1a58f2fcc5/pom.xml#L217>.
That file will certainly be updated for the new release, but in the mean
time users can run "Help > Update ImageJ" to get the latest release.
