Hi everyone,

just to make things more confusing, I am writing a macro which segments yeast cells from >10000 images. Since these images do not all have the same number of cells (can vary from 50 to 500 cells per image) and where obtained using slightly different microscope settings I need to change the threshold between images to get the maximum possible number of cells from each.

Do you think this is reasonable? I am only trying to get the total cell number.
