Circle Perimeter Intensity Profile Plot

Hello, I am looking at patterns of growth of bacterial colonies on agar plates. It would be useful for me to draw a circle at different radii within the colony and then get a plot of the intensity profile of the circle perimeter. I have the "concentric circles" plug in which gives average intensity but I am after a linearized profile plot. In FIJI I can only get plot profile on a line or rectangle. Anyone know of a method to get intensity profiles from non-linear lines? Thanks, Paul.
