JACoP - press analyze button, nothing happens

I am trying to measure co localization between two 47 Mb tif image files using JACoP. The files are not stacks but are tifs of stitched composites from a 40x wide field scanning microscope (stitched in MetaMorph). They show up in the analysis window but when I press the analyze button nothing happens.

I am using windows 8, not sure if that could be the problem.
