Particles orientation

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the orientation of images, explain, I work with scanned images of seeds, I would like to direct the seeds all in one direction, for example, I work with the grape seeds, I wish they were all oriented towards the thinnest, how can I do this? I attach an example.
