did you do a web-search for "ImageJ .dm4"?
Did you find the answer of Melissa Linkert dated Jul. 30, 2013:
"The Bio-Formats plugin for ImageJ

does support some .dm4 files. If that does not work and you aren't able
to find another solution, please feel free to contact the Bio-Formats
developers and we will work to add support for your files."
