Shifting Channel Composite Images

Hello,

I have three images that I want to create a composite image and I have been using:
Image >> Color >> Merge Channels

However, one of the three images that I have don't overlay correctly with the other two images.
Is there anyway to shift the 3rd image such that it aligns with the other two images? (ie: I need the image to shift 1mm upwards to be in alignment with other images)
