Hi Hazel,
These numbers may express the percentage of integrated intensity
represented by any given region. Do you have something on the order of 100
regions in your image? The tutorial at:
http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/docs/examples/dot-blot/ suggested this, which I
found by looking at the Integrated Density entry at:
http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/docs/guide/146-30.htmlI hope this helps.
