Hello ImageJists,

Is it possible to have a script in FIJI take command line arguments for a non-GUI/headless scenario? i.e.

ImageJ-linux64 —headless fiji-plugins/HelloWorld.clj lena.jpg

This treats the jpg as another clojure script. I've tried a few different combinations and checked "*command-line-args*" from the clojure script, but I still haven't found a way to access the arguments. Noting that I would really like to be able to pass other arguments like floating-points, but just being able to specify images would be enough for now.

Thank you,
Kyle
