kmeans algorithm used in the kmeans plugin for ImageJ

Hi Everyone,
I am currently using the kmeans plugin in ImageJ. I can't seem to figure out which kmeans algorithm the plugin uses? Is it the standard Lloyd's algorithm or the Harting and Wong?
Please let me know
