Hi there,

I was reading all this posts. I am in a similar situation. Cannot open FIJI since my last update. I just followed all the directions previously posted with no success. In contrast to perhaps the other users, I get the following notice every time I try to open FIJI.

To open "Fiji" you need to install the legacy Java SE 6 runtime.

I have however installed the JAVA 8. Is this the problem? Do you have any suggestions?
