Unwanted transformation after Enhance Contrast command

Goodmorning.
I have a little problem with the Enhance Contrast command.
I'm working with a very heavy nifti file and sometimes the image need some little contrast fix.
After calling the method IJ.run("Enhance Contrast", "saturated=0.35") the default settings of 3D Viewer are completely ignored: the angles are wrong, and the slice Positionig Object ( set as false by default ) reappears.

How i can avoid this unwanted transformation?
