Implementing StackReg Plus plugin.

Hi,

I would like to implement the Stack Reg plus plugin for GSoC this year as stated here but I have failed to understand certain minimal goals of the project. If  someone could understand please help ASAP. I don't understand these two:

1) import and export registration transform settings
7) implement automatic testing mode for goodness of fit of registration.

Please help.
