Automated saving of anatomic landmarks by clicking points on a X-Ray

Hi,

I'm new to ImageJ (installed it few hours ago). I have around 150 X-Rays (always of the same bone) and would like to perform simple distance measurement by defining certain points by clicking on them on the image and getting an output file with x,y coordinates of point1, point2, point3...
Ideally all points of all X-Rays should be saved in one single file.
I tried finding an answer on the net before posting here, but couldn't find anything similar.
