How to rotate an ROI that is drawn by "Polygon selections" tool?

Dear all,
 
Could anyone please instruct me how to rotate an ROI that was drawn by the "Polygon Selections" tool?  Also after rotation, the ROI should be still editable, say, can change its size by dragging its vertices.  Thanks any help.
