Looking for Image Analysis developer

I am looking for a developer to set up an image analysis system using
ImageJ or similar. The system will be used to evaluate efficacy of
treatments on human skin and hair using standard, hyperspectral, and 3D
imaging. Ideally the developer will work full time, but consultancy is also
