Hello everyone,
I try to quantify immunofluorescence stainings. For some cells, the marking is crown or central or sometimes both ...
I have the mask of the cells and I would define from this mask two areas: one in the external ring, the other in the center.
Is it possible from the mask to create a ring that start from the outside and would extend from "x" pixels inside?
For the center can we retrieve information from the central point of the mask and create a circle of radius "y" pixels there?
Thank you all for your help
Cordially
Patricia
