I posted a compiled version of the plugin here:
    http://curtis.imagej.net/2015-05-19-adjustable-watershed/

I created it using the javac command:
    javac -cp /Applications/Fiji.app/jars/ij-1.49s.jar
Adjustable_Watershed.java

Drop the .class file into your Fiji.app/plugins folder, and it will appear
in the Plugins menu.
