Kidney vascular structure

Dear all,
I'm working on reconstructing kidney vascular structure. I have DICOM files of kidney and I need to extract an equation of kidney boundary or gather a lot of points on this.I tried to share these images that they are on my dropbox but i think it has not been shared here.I was wondering if you could guide me how can i do get to kidney boundary.
