Hyperstack retention for Weka Segmentation

Hi,

I am running a Weka segmentation on hyperstacks (4 channel Z stacks). The output images are automatically placed into standard stacks, without regard to channel/color information of the input. Is it possible to retain the input hyperstack organization in the output?
