3D Segmentation Using Spheres

Hi everybody,

After the analysis of 2D datasets of images by sripting in Fiji (Python), I want to pass to a 3D representation. To do so, I plan to use the 3D viewer plugin or the volume plugin. Nonetheless, the final aim being segmentating the datasets using spheres in 3D, I want to know if such functions are available in those plugins or in other ones.
If it is the case, may somebody give me the procedures to obtain this result ?
