make a selection of ROIs for further measurments

Hello everyone,

I´m kind of stucked in the middel of my macro and would need some adivse. Here is what I want to do:

1) make a roi selection by analyzing particels (cell nuclei in DAPI channel)
2) transfer the roi selection to a second image (cells in GFP)
3) make a selection, by measuring those regions and only select the regions which have a certain mean for further measurments

I already did the first and the second part but I´m struggeling with the selection.
