How to copy text from a jpeg image file to a csv file

Hi, i have an scanned image that contains leaf, envelope (with a sticker that contains id) and a scale. I was successfully been able to calculate the area of the leaf only and i am wondering how can i copy the name on the envelope (5,14,46_18687_M) to the Results file along with the area of the leaf? I am attaching the picture for your perusal.
