Yes, this is the behaviour I am used to and that I lost recently on one of the machine I use (a unix server). It has not come back after upgrading to (IJ2.0.0-rc31/1.49v). JRE is 1.6.0_24 while on my mac laptop (where the same IJ version displays coordinates appropriately) it is 1.7.0_79. Can the JRE version explain the problem?

Any hint about how I could fix this on my unix machine / send more info for debugging?
