In the Bio-Formats importer dialog, do you have "Dataset organization -
Group files with similar names" enabled? This flag is for multi-file
formats, so if that's not what you want you should be able to simply
uncheck this option.
If the File Stitching dialog is coming up without this option checked then
you may want to contact the Bio-Foramts team directly for advice. They
maintain their own bug tracking system. There are instructions for
reporting issues here:
http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/bio-formats5.1/about/bug-reporting.htmlThey are quite responsive and will be able to determine if this is a bug or
deficiency in Bio-Formats, or a problem in the importer configuration.
