'Create Selection' for several polygons

Hi everyone,

We are trying to Fit Splines to a binary mask image. Before using the 'Fit Spline' command we use 'Create Selection'. The issue is when the masks have discontinuities and then the selection is composed of many Polygons. Is there a way of managing these, in order to run the 'Fit Spline' command for each Polygon individually?

You will find below the picture showing the result of 'Create Selection' for one mask. (Here the mask is constituted of three polygons)
