I recently switched to Java 8 because one of the plugins I use no longer
runs under Java 6.
It works, but I see that the monitor memory window no longer displays
anything.
I also found that occasionally the ROI manager no longer responds (eg --
I select an ROI but no outline appears on the image or I toggle show-all
but nothing happens).
Sometimes Fiji becomes very slow, especially when making selections or
closing windows (through the GUI).
The memory window issue is reproducible, but I have not been able to
find a set of circumstances which trigger the other issues, other than
time (memory leak?).
I wonder if others using Java 8 and OSX are experiencing these issues?
