Remove scale and save Tiff Stack

HI, I'm a Fiji newbie so apologies if this is a basic question. I have Tiff stack of 1848 slices (CT data) but the co-ordinate system is in decimals and I need it to be in positive integers for downstream programming with Python. I can go to Analyze - Set Scale - Click to Remove Scale (with 'Global' box checked) and this solves the problem. However, I cannot save the stack in this state. Every time I save and re-open the stack has reverted to the decimal co-ordinate system.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem would be very much appreciated!
