problem with Fiji updating jars/batik.jar

Is there a server problem on the Fiji update site? Update seems to download
about a third of the file and hang. I have tried a couple of times. Are
others having this issue?

I would also ask if there was a way to manually obtain a g-zipped version
of the exe when that is updated. Our firewall blocks exe files...
