Missing XY Coordinates

Hi,

i'm working with a plugin involving "XY Coordinates" (Clustering and Segmentation techniques), but i'm facing troubles with the missing values in the data generation. Some pixels are not processed, leaving lacks in the file. Someone can help with it? I'm trying to manipulate the .java, but without sucess.
