Hello,

We have small project for which macrophages in skeletal muscle have to be enumerated. Target cells are stained with surface markers with green or red color and muscle sections with DAPI. The muscle has high autofluorescence and targeted cells have elongated shape.

Can ImageJ be used to enumerate these cells in muscle?
