Macro Language | exec

Hello there..

I work with certain command line utilities. But I have difficulties with
some using the StdERR instead of the StdOUT for their output. The StdERR
is of interest to me.

Attaching 2>&1 to the command line only works for me, when I use log
file and pipe StdERR into that. This works in console/cmd but not from
imageJ. I only managed it with an additional detour with bat-files.

Has someone experience how to achieve this?
