Hi Jason, hi all,

thanks for reporting. This was brought up already beforehand and just not
detected by me because I didn't have BoneJ installed in my version.
Finally, I found some time to fix it.

This issue should be solved right now after updating to the newest version
of the BioVoxxel toolbox from the Fiji update sites.

I changed the distribution analysis name to "Particle Distribution (2D)" to
avoid the name collision with BoneJ and exchanged the old macro for a
plugin doing basically the same but giving the option to also analyze the
particle distribution independent of the particle shape and size (this can
be done by choosing "average NND" from the setup). This function is more
cost intensive and for images with many particles it might take some time.
So, if you have particles of roundish and isotropic shape and very similar
size, you still can go for the "centroid NND" option.
