Hi Pablo,
I am using OSX capitan and I can run Fiji. Trying to run Fiji after upgrading the OSX Yosemite I was directed to the apple website
https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572downloading this and installing it , reopening Fiji and once it checks for latest version — it runs ok. If you have tried this
sorry for wasting your time. The package the above link installs is Java for OS X 2015-001.
