Soma size by Image J

Hi all,
   I want to measure the soma size of neurons immunolabeled. The images of the immunolabeling are saved in tif.
I have images per section, and sections per animal, which cover the entire brain area of interest. At least 4 mice per genotype were used and I need to quantify and compare soma size between 2 genotypes. it's really time consuming and endless analysis.

I heared that such analysis could be done by using Image J. Please if you know the method to do it, post me a message.
