Appearance of scroll bars under Windows 10

I am experiencing a minor but annoying issue using Fiji (latest version)
under Windows 10. The scrollbar appearance has changed from Windows 7,
and somehow this makes it almost invisible in Fiji. The position of the
scroller is only really visible if you hover over it. The images in the
folder below demonstrate this problem:

(the mouse pointer should be hovering over the selected scrollbar in the
Win10_selected image, but somehow the pointer is being removed from the
screenshot)

As you can see, the scrollbars were much clearer under Windows 7. I've
tried changing Windows Desktop Themes, and the appearance of the
scrollbar only changes if I use one of the high contrast themes, which I
don't want to do because that makes the text in some buttons unreadable.

Any ideas on how to improve this? Can you customize scrollbar appearance
within Fiji? I've looked through Edit>Options and couldn't find
anything. "Look and Feel" options do not seem to affect scrollbar
appearance.

Thanks,
Mel
