Information about Landmarks

Hi,

Can anybody help me set my landmarks on ImageJ?
I have several issues

1.- As i "import image sequences” of th 125 files it only imports 35…. the log says V "xxxxx -- Lateral Xray 10-04-13, 17h 20m 29s 1.JPG: wrong size; 2804x1980 expected, 2800x1980 found” how can i correct this?
2.- Once i have the 35 files on one screen i put landmarks in the first image and the landmarks in the first image appear in the next images again
3.- How can i save all the 35 images landmarks x,y coordinates in one file, as the TPS?
